The short answer
The Saribung Pass trek links Upper Mustang with Nar Phu over a pass of about 6,042 m, one of the highest trekking crossings in Nepal. It involves glacier travel, camping and very little support, so it is for experienced trekkers with a strong team. Both Upper Mustang and Nar Phu need restricted-area permits.
The route is remote and demanding, passing high camps and moraine slopes with views of Mustang, Nar Phu and Annapurna.
