Which waterfalls do you pass on the big treks?

The short answer

Many of Nepal's best waterfalls are seen on foot. On the lower Annapurna Circuit and Manaslu routes you pass falls around Chamje and along the Marsyangdi and Budhi Gandaki valleys. On the Annapurna sanctuary route, seasonal streams drop through bamboo forest near the Bamboo, Dovan and Himalaya lodges. On the Langtang trail, small falls and cascades appear between Syabrubesi and the upper valley.

These are scenery, not stops: you see them as you walk, and their strength depends on the month. The reward is a cool spray on a hot day and a sense of the steep country you are crossing.
