The short answer
Mardi Himal is usually a four to five day trek via Forest Camp and High Camp to the viewpoint. Short two to three day versions skip stages and need fitness, and some operators offer a helicopter flight that lands near the base area with a short stay. Helicopter plans depend on weather and permissions.
Check what the helicopter plan actually includes and whether a night is spent at altitude.
