What Decides the Cost of a Nepal Trip · Cost drivers

How do you compare two Nepal tour quotes fairly?

The short answer

Put the two quotes side by side and compare line by line: nights in each place, hotel names, meals, vehicle type, guide, airport transfers, entry fees, taxes and cancellation terms. A cheaper quote often leaves out one or two of these.

Ask each operator the same questions: what is included, what is not, what happens if the plan changes, and what the refund terms are. Choose the plan that is clear, written and consistent with what you want, not just the lowest number.
