The short answer
Seniors do well in Nepal when the trip is slow, low in altitude and well supported. Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan and Lumbini are all at modest height and reachable by car or short flight. Choose hotels with lifts or ground-floor rooms, a private vehicle with a driver who waits, and no more than one main sight a day.
Temples involve steps and uneven stone, so a stick and good shoes help. If you want mountains, take a mountain flight or a ridge hotel rather than a trek.
