General Questions About Nepal · Planning

What does a Nepal tour package usually include?

By Base Camp Tours, licensed Nepal travel agency (Tourism License 3121/080) · Updated · 1 min read

The short answer

Packages vary, but many include accommodation, airport transfers, a vehicle and driver for sightseeing, a guide for tours, some meals and entrance arrangements. Treks add permits, a guide and porter, lodge stays and meals on the route. Domestic flights are included in some packages and not in others.

Always ask for a written list of what is and is not included, such as international flights, visas, insurance, tips, personal expenses and optional activities. Compare packages on inclusions, not only on headline numbers, and ask about cancellation and change terms.
