The short answer
Chitwan is the easiest: lodges are comfortable, safaris are short and wildlife viewing is reliable, and the flat terrain suits all ages. Bardia is wilder and quieter but takes longer to reach; Koshi Tappu is good for older children who like birds. Mountain parks such as Langtang and Sagarmatha involve trekking and altitude, so they suit fit travellers only.
For families the best advice is to keep the park stay short (two or three nights), choose a lodge that handles meals and timings and avoid the hottest months. Ask your lodge about guide ratios and safety briefings.
