The short answer
Ramagrama is a brick stupa on the bank of a river, said to be the only original stupa that still holds a portion of the Buddha's relics from the early distribution to rulers. Tradition says Emperor Ashoka wished to open it but did not. The mound is surrounded by trees and a quiet park.
It is a peaceful place and worth a visit if you are following the Buddhist circuit. A local monk or guide may explain the history. Visit with respect and quiet.
