Full Itinerary

Day 1:

Arrive In Kathmandu Where You Will Spend The Night.

Day 2:

Fly From Kathmandu To Lukla, Then Walk To Phakding - 9 Km (4 Hours).

Day 3:

Hike From Phakding To Monjo - 4 Km (3 Hours).

Day 4:

Hike Monjo To Namche Bazaar - 4 Km ( 4 Hours).

Day 5:

Acclimatization Day. No Walking Except Maybe A Quick Hike Up To The Everest View Hotel.

Day 6:

Hike From Namche Bazaar To Sanasa- 4 Km ( 3 Hours).

Day 7:

Hike From Sanasa To Tengboche - 5 Km (3 Hours).

Day 8:

Hike From Tengboche To Panboche- 5 Km (3 Hours).

Day 9:

Hike From Panboche To Dingboche- 8 Km (5 Hours).

Day 10:

Acclimatization Day In Dingboche. Explore The Area.

Day 11:

Hike Dingboche To Dughla - 8 Km (5 Hours).

Day 12:

Hike From Dughla To Lobuche - 9 Km (7 Hours).

Day 13:

Hike From Lobuche To Gorak Shep - 5 Km.

Day 14:

Gorak Shep To Ebc And Back To Gorak Shep - 7 Km (5 Hours).

Day 15:

Hike From Gorak Shep Up Kala Pathar 3 Km (4 Hours).

Day 16:

Hike From Gorak Shep To Dughla - 7 Km (6 Hours).

Day 17:

Hike From Dughla To Pheriche - 5 Km (4 Hours).

Day 18:

Hike From Pheriche To Shomare- 5 Km (4 Hours).

Day 19:

Hike From Shomare To Tangboche -7 Km (5 Hours).

Day 20:

Hike From Tangboche To Namche Bazaar - 8 Km (5 Hours).

Day 21:

Hike From Namche Bazaar To Monjo - 4 Km (3 Hours).

Day 22:

Hike From Monjo To Phakding -4 Km (5 Hours).

Day 23:

Phakding To Lukla - 8 Km (5 Hours).

Day 24:

Fly Back To Kathmandu.

Day 25:

Leave Kathmandu.

Equipment List

If you are missing gear, Kathmandu is a pretty good place to shop and prices are very reasonable. You can pick up pretty much any trekking equipment you will need however we do suggest you get your hiking boots before you arrive and make sure they fit well. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind.

  • We'll give you a duffel bag when you arrive in Nepal to repack your gear into, and the porters will carry that.
  • You should bring a small day pack that you will carry during the day with essentials like water, camera, sunscreen, extra layers, etc.
  • You can store any extra luggage in the hotel.
  • Total luggage allotment for the Lukla flight is 10Kg / 22lbs for luggage and additional 5Kg / 11lbs for carry on.
  • We offer rental sleeping bags for INR 100 per day and down jackets for INR 100 per day.
  • Remember to keep all your personal items like passports, medications and other valuables in your carry-on during the flight to Lukla.
