The short answer
Yes. Many pilgrims from Kerala and nearby areas travel to Kailash Mansarovar and Muktinath every year, usually by flying to Kathmandu and then continuing by the route the operator arranges. Travelling in a group of people who share your language can make the journey easier, especially for older pilgrims.
Language support cannot be assumed. Before you pay, ask the operator in writing whether a guide or coordinator who speaks Malayalam will travel with the group, what meals are served and what happens if a family member needs to leave early. Kerala groups often ask about food at altitude, so check the meal plan.
